手帳で楽をする

手帳というのは「自分とアポを取る道具」とボクは考えてます。だから
舘神さんの「手帳は楽をするための道具」という考えには、まったく同感。

たとえ決定していない予定でも手帳に書き込んでおくことで、その前後の時系列の繋がりが把握できるし、リマインダーの役割も果たしてくれますからね。
またToDoに関しても、そのタスクが必要と分かった時点でいつ作業するのかを、その場で決めてスケジュールに落とし込む（＝自分にアポをとる）のが楽をするコツだと思います。

「予定」というのは動的だけど「ToDo」ってのは静的なイメージで捉えがちですから、ボクは予定もToDoも同列に扱うようにしてます。予定はこなせても、ToDoを先送りする人って案外と多いんじゃないかな？

とくに忙しい時は「手帳に書き込む」＝「作業や予定をブレークダウンして自分にアポを取る」というイメージです。
これはNewtonを使っていて身に付いた癖かもしれません。PDAってワークフレームだから、こういう癖を身につけるガイドラインとしては便利なのかもしれませんね。

スケジュールなんて「予定」ですから、どんどん変更していけばいいと思いますし、予定を変更した事実自体も履歴情報として有用なものと考えます。だから消しゴムは使いません。
Newtonでは予定の変更はタップ＆ドラッグで簡単ですが、変更履歴が残るという点では手帳の方が良いですね。
そういえば変更履歴の残るスケジュールソフトって、あるのかな？以外と重要な情報だと思ってるんですが。
